It undertakes a vital role in all technology’s projects. The team will perform full end to end test environment management across a wide range of projects. This is a dynamic team that ensures quality is built into Vodafone’s exciting new products & services. You will gain experience working with a world class testing service, work across large programmes and get to interact with major stakeholders in all areas of Vodafone.  Your position as the IT Test Environment Specialist will focus on planning, provisioning and supporting of our IT e2e environment estate. It involves working across a number of 3rd party teams and areas to ensure critical project environments are built to meet customer needs.  This is a great opportunity to help us ensure our customers continue to enjoy a first class experience, no matter where they are. Core Responsibilities Responsible for the test environment delivery, provisioning and support (part of our world class UK IT Testing Service). Co-ordinate test environment allocation, configuration, deployment and test validation required to provide a stable test platform. Working with indirect offshore service team of 3-5. Manage a wide range of service stakeholders across IT & Technology. Drive customer satisfaction. Display VF way behaviours across the function. Champion continual service improvement across the testing service and UK IT. Experience / Key Skills Proven experience as an IT Environment Specialist / Lead. Expertise in Test environment & infrastructure management. Responsible for end-to-end IT environment for testing. Skilled in testing methodologies, test management and associated practices. Good understanding of full software development cycle. Excellent Stakeholder management skills. Experience managing offshore teams and services. TMMi experience or certification - Desirable.
