A great opportunity has become available for a Customer Support Team Leader working within the Service Care Customer Operations department at our Head Office in Milton Keynes. The main purpose of the role is to lead and manage the Customer Support - Service Care team to deliver against the customer expectations and meet the departments SLA’s and KPI’s.
 
You’ll be responsible for organising and managing the workload of the team through real time management across all tasks and responsibilities, and ensuring work is allocated equally across the team. Monitor the team member’s performance to improve quality, minimise errors and ensure correct process is followed, identifying training gaps and arranging training sessions or coaching as and when required, this will also help with cross skilling the team across all Service care tasks and responsibilities. Be your team’s escalation point when they’re unable to meet the customer’s demands and needs.
 
Being proactive in the creation and development of new processes and new system implementations which enhances the customer experience, this will involve reviewing the departmental procedures in order to ensure that they relate to current business needs, looking for any enhancement opportunities.
